PLEASE READ LEAGUE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE SIGNING UP
We have rebuilt our indoor lacrosse leagues from the ground up. Most importantly, we will no longer conduct an "open registration".
We accept only:
1. 2010 Eastern Massachusetts Playoff teams, as well as sub-Varsity and Middle School teams from those town or schools;2. ISL and other Private School Teams with a 2010 record of .500 or better;
3. Select and All-Star teams with the approval of the Commissioner;
4. Free agents, with a Letter of Recommendation from a Coach, or prior participation on a Top Gun Clam, Rising Clam or Littleneck team, or Top Gun camp.

IMPORTANT: If you expect to be part of a full team do not use this form. Get a team registration form from your captain or coach.
LOCATIONS
The Top Gun Clam Elite Lacrosse League will be played in:

| Acton Indoor Sports Center, Acton, MA | 7 am – 7 pm, Sundays |
- You will be placed – along with other “free agents” from your area - in the location nearest to your town or school.
- After playoffs determine the top teams in each location and in each division, those teams will compete for the overall league championship played Weeks 9 and/or 10 of each session at the Acton Indoor Sports Center.
GENERAL INFORMATION
GAMES WILL BE PLAYED SUNDAYS WITHIN TIMES INDICATED.
EACH TEAM WILL PLAY AT LEAST 10 GAMES PER SESSION.
GAMES ARE TWO TWENTY-FIVE MINUTE HALVES.
TWO PRACTICES (PER TEAM) & TWO CLINICS PER SESSION (MIDDLE SCHOOL ONLY).
PLAYER LACROSSE & ACADEMIC PROFILE INFORMATION DISTRIBUTED TO COACHES (HIGH SCHOOL ONLY) CUSTOM JERSEY & SUBLIMATED SHORTS ($60 VALUE)
PRIZES AWARDED TO ALL CHAMPIONSHIP TEAMS.
TEAMS THAT FORFEIT MAY BE EXCLUDED FROM PLAYOFF CONSIDERATION &/OR CONSOLATION ROUND GAMES.
